We only provide local shipping within Hong Kong.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method, usually 2-5 business days.

Shipping Fees

After discount, orders over $350 receive free SF Express self-collection shipping.
Orders under $350 will be automatically charged $16 for SF Express self-collection (applicable to SF Express stations/smart locker addresses only)
or $30 for SF Express delivery (applicable to residential addresses only).

Order Tracking

After shipment, we will provide a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order status.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address.
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
