Refund policy

If you need to return a product, please send an email to rosy.aura.hk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide the following details:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Contact Number
  • Product Name for Return
  • Reason for Return with Photos

Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible.


Return Policy

  • Returned products must be unused, with no damage or defects caused by human factors.
  • Please keep the original packaging intact; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or damaged.
  • If you need a replacement for the same product, please email rosy.aura.hk@gmail.com.

Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • If the product packaging has been opened, returns are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
  • Products damaged due to personal reasons, such as improper storage or normal wear and tear, will not be accepted.
  • Gift items, bundle sales, gift sets, or package deals cannot be partially returned.
  • If the return is not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
  • When returning a product, you must include all original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, invoices, and shipping documents. Missing any of these may result in rejection of your return.
  • Malicious or excessive returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • The refund amount will only include the product price and not the original shipping fee or additional service charges.
  • If your order total falls below the free shipping threshold ($299) due to a return, $30 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Method

  • Once the return/refund is confirmed, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
